Promescaiol has two summer camps in Val di Sole, each with a specific role in the cycling and activity offerings.

Cogol It's the starting point of the Val di Sole cycle path. It's located at approximately 1.160 meters above sea level: from here, the route descends towards the valley, making the ride naturally smoother. It's the ideal base for those who want to experience the cycle path from the beginning, cover several kilometers, and reach Mezzana later in the day.

mizzen It's located about halfway along the cycle path and is the main location for Promescaiol activities: bike and e-bike rentals, archery, and mini golf. It's the perfect choice for those who want to pedal a bit in the morning and stay at the facility for activities the rest of the day, with an outdoor bar available between sessions.

In addition to cycling, the Promescaiol center in Mezzana offers archery and 18-hole mini golf. These simple activities are suitable for everyone—adults, families, couples, groups—and are available both in the morning (until 12:30) and after 14:00 PM.

The archery range is covered by a canopy: it can be practiced even in heavy rain. Staff is always available to guide beginners and support those with experience. Bows are available for adults and children, for right- and left-handed players. The 18-hole mini golf course is outdoors and can be played even in light rain.

Between activities, you can stop at the facility's outdoor bar, where you can find drinks, sandwiches, and platters of cold cuts and cheeses.

Val di Sole can offer days with unstable weather in summer. Here's what's available even when the weather isn't cooperating:

Il archery has a covered shooting range and is playable even in heavy rain — it is often the most popular choice on grey days. minigolf holds up well in light rain. cycle lane It is possible to ride a bike or e-bike in moderate rain if you wear technical clothing — but it's a personal choice.

For Box and Box+: In case of rain, cancelled activities cannot be rescheduled. In case of severe weather, management will consider rescheduling the date based on availability, with prior notification by 23:59 PM the second day prior. The outdoor bar at the Promescaiol center in Mezzana will remain open for indoor refreshments, including drinks, sandwiches, and platters.

The Val di Sole cycle path starts in Cogolo and extends to Mostizzolo, covering approximately 35 km along the Noce River. The total route covers an elevation gain of approximately 565 meters—downhill from Cogolo to Mostizzolo—and is accessible to families, couples, and groups of all levels.

The initial stretch from Cogolo is the most varied: the valley is narrower, the Alpine landscape dominates, and the route passes through villages like Ossana and Fucine before opening up to the wider, flatter part of the valley. From Mezzana onward, the trail runs continuously along the Noce River until Mostizzolo, where you can return by train or bike bus, depending on schedules and availability.
